Went For The Football (Single Song)

Went for the Football

Mark DenHartigh featuring Kim Cross

Written by Mark DenHartigh and Kim Cross

Ever had one of those nights where you went to watch a little football and somehow ended up with a whole lot more than you bargained for? 😂🏈

“Went for the Football” is a hilarious, upbeat country anthem about a guys’ night gone completely off the rails! From a Jeep mysteriously parked in the backyard to somebody else’s underwear, mismatched socks, and a next-day hangover from hell, this song proves that sometimes the best stories come from the worst decisions.

Featuring Mark’s warm, playful baritone and Kim’s sassy little comebacks, this one is packed with humor, catchy hooks, and a whole lot of personality.

He swears he’s never hanging out with those guys again… until somebody mentions Friday night! 😂
