Get Gas and Go (Single Song)

“Get Gas and Go” — Kim Cross
Written by Kim Cross

Inspired by a real encounter at a gas station, “Get Gas and Go” turns an unwanted pickup attempt into a country song with plenty of attitude.

It’s raining, Kim’s filling up her black Black Widow GMC, and a compliment about her truck turns into one pickup line after another. But she’s got a man, somewhere to be, and Gypsy—her protective German shepherd—keeping an eye on the situation.

He’s trying to get her number. She’s just trying to get gas and go.
