Girl, Leave It Off (Single Song)

“Girl, Leave It Off” by Kim Cross is a fast, hypnotic desert indie country-pop anthem inspired by her friend’s daughter, who’s been waiting on a guy who keeps switching his attention on and off.

With smoky vocals, gritty guitars, and a driving heartbeat groove, Kim offers encouragement to any woman left wondering where she stands: keep your plans, wear that blue dress, and expect him to keep his word.

“You don’t need to keep tonight free for a plan he didn’t make.”

It’s a reminder that you can care about someone without putting your life on pause.

“If he’s gonna keep on flipping that switch, girl, leave it off.”
